A photographic journey of discovery exploring the awakening of a new generation
The core aim of this long-term series is to look beyond the everyday realities in search of people's true ambitions, aspirations and needs. By identifying this information, a communication terminal can be developed with the capability of reaching people all over the planet. It is earnestly hoped that the power of visual material and film can open up doors of understanding across international borders and as such, break down formalities and fear of the unknown. People wherever they are, need and want to have different forms of communication. A communication that is simple, but concise. The visual arts have always been the way in which people can recognize harmony and understanding. The hopes and dreams of creative individuals who participate in this program rest on an ultimate, and what is believed to be, attainable ideal; that unity can indeed be realized through the material and information collected during these projects. Great Britain offers diversity, history, and a unique position in the world's order. Its roots offer democracy and fair play. Fourteen Days in Great Britain will examine these aspects and produce effective information, passionate material, and a unique overview of a country that has traveled through extraordinary changes in recent decades. With its experience from Fourteen Days in America, this project will build upon its passion to succeed in attaining universal information, driving towards its ultimate goal of unity and harmony. |
